Flexible designs for different installations
The primary winding connections are equipped with clip terminals as standard, providing a reliable and efficient connection method. The secondary winding is supplied with an integrated high-voltage conductor for direct connection to the magnetron or associated equipment.
To support differing installation requirements, the transformers can be supplied in either a standard vertical or a horizontal configuration. The horizontal design is particularly advantageous in installations where space is limited or where the transformer must be positioned close to other components within the assembly.
In-house partial discharge testing
Our in-house Partial Discharge (PD) testing capability enables us to verify the quality and integrity of every transformer’s insulation system before delivery. PD testing detects microscopic insulation defects that cannot be identified through visual inspection alone, ensuring maximum reliability, longer service life, and compliance with international standards. By delivering transformers with proven low PD levels, we provide our customers with enhanced operational safety, reduced risk of premature failure, and confidence in the long-term performance of their equipment.
